Tomi Rantasaari

CEO

Tomi has built a nearly 20-year career in various roles related to energy and procurement law. He has served as a Market Court judge and as a lawyer at Finland's largest power distribution company, Caruna. Additionally, he has provided legal support for Destia's energy business and participated in the construction contract for Finland's largest wind farm. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Tomi also worked as the Head of Legal Affairs at Den Group.

Stina Virkkala

Associate, LL.B.

Stina has experience working as an assistant lawyer at Finnish Consulting Group. In addition to legal assignments, she is responsible for marketing and maintaining our website.

Outi Lehtonen
